Terms & shipping

Shipping policy

We despatch from Johannesburg and Cape Town and deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days from despatch (longer for outlying areas). Branded orders ship after the production lead time of typically 7–10 working days from approved artwork.

Pricing & VAT

All prices on this site are quoted excluding VAT. VAT and shipping are calculated at checkout. Bulk pricing is available on request.

Branding & artwork

Customers must supply print-ready artwork (vector format preferred). A digital proof will be sent for approval before production starts. Production lead times begin from artwork sign-off.

Returns

Branded items are produced to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Unbranded items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.

Payment

We accept EFT and credit card. 30-day account terms are available for approved corporate accounts.
